Rand is a teenage biker and a friend of Rex's. He is a member of a biker gang.
History[]
Rand first appeared as one of the bikers in a street race. He accidentally attacked Rex, mistaking him for one of them. Later on, he was injured by his nanites and brought to safety by Rex. At the end of the episode, he is seen in a healthy state, greeting his friends happily.[1]
Personality[]
Rand appears to be a free-spirited and reckless young man. He loves motorcycle riding and is loyal to his friends, despite attacking them during their races.[1]
Abilities[]
Rand is skilled at motorcycle riding and combat. He uses a missile launcher to attack his opponents during races, and has been shown to have some acrobatic skill, as he was able to jump from his bike to another with little difficulty.[1]

Biker gang[]
Rand seems to have a very close relationship with his biker group. It's obvious that he enjoys racing throughout the city with them and appears to be with them a lot. Although their rough play may lead to tough casualties, he's always happy to find out that they're okay.
