Shades is a ill-behaved teenager who tends to cause trouble with his friends. He always wears shades, hence his name.
History[]
Meeting Rex for the first time, Shades and his gang made Rex believe they wanted to be his friend, when in reality, they wanted to use his EVO powers to avoid paying a vending machine. However, once Rex gave them a limit, Shades called him a freak and made it clear they wanted nothing to do with him.[1]
Another time, Shades and his friends were invited by Noah to a secret party at Providence headquarters. Despite Rex's attempts to keep them entertained, he and his friends were quite miserable. After Jungle Cat broke out of the warehouse he was being stored in, Shades and his friends helped to capture him. The group of teens were later escorted out of Providence by Rex and Noah. Much to their surprise, White Knight punished him by activating a trapdoor Shades and his friends were standing over, dumping him into the sewer.[2]
