Tacos are a Mexican dish with corn or tortilla bread that is folded in order to support its fillings. They can sometimes be served with a side order dipping sauce.

When in the middle of interviewing Providence, the Electric EVO had gotten loose. Six lied and told Diane it was the lunch bell. He then offered her and her camera man some lunch in order to occupy them from witnessing the EVO and to avoid getting a bad review on their base.[1]
