Formerly a high businessman and a member of the Consortium, he downgraded due to his switch to insanity.

HistoryEdit

Prior to series StartEdit

He worked alongside the Consortium and funded the Nanite Project and subsequently abandoned it when it resulted in the Nanite Event. Gabriel Rylander repeatedly called him for funding to finish the Nanite Project but he did not wish to be associated with the greatest disaster in human history.

Dark PassageEdit

Gabriel Rylander sent him and several others packages containing his nanite-activating formula, thus turning him into a rampaging E.V.O. Agent Six, Rex Salazar and Bobo Haha arrived on scene to contain his rampage and cure him but before Rex could, he returned to normal. After that, he ran away.^[1]

Target: ConsortiumEdit

It is later revealed the experience turned him insane and he was institutionalized. Jungle Cat kidnapped and interrogated him for the location of the Consortium's base, and with the information he learned the Providence Defect Group was able to launch their attempt to assassinate the Consortium.^[2]
