the End of Generator Rex?

The Endgame part 2 has been leaked on the internet. In the end of the episode rex absorbs all 5 meta nanites and with them he cured every evo on Earth, this is very good news or is it? All of you guys now if all the EVOs or gone then so is the plot of the series. Now Caesar, Rex's brother, has been working on some new projects could this lead to another diaster. Mabye that line if forshadowing a sequel or mabye Generator Rex is just done. What do you guys think?
